Quanta Computer Reports Double-Digit AI Server Revenue Growth, Clears Forecast Through 2028

Quanta Computer, a TAIwan-based contrACT manufacturer, announced on May 14 that its AI server revenue will see double-digit growth in the current quarter, driven by clearer cloud customer orders extending through 2028.

In the first quarter of 2025, Quanta’s revenue rose 66.6% year-over-year to NT$809.22billion(US$25.7 billion). Servers accounted for 80% of total sales, with AI servers representing 75% of server revenue. Server revenue CLImbed 30% sequentially.

Net profit increased 8.7% to NT$21.19billion(US$672 million). However, gross margin fell to 4.78% from 7.92% a year earlier, impacted by higher AI server rack costs and the transition between NVIDIA’s GB200 and GB300 platforms.

Quanta plans NT$30billion(US$952 million) in capital spending for 2026, focusing on AI expansion in the United States and Thailand. The company also APProved an US$800 million injection into three overseas subsidiaries, primarily to support its U.S. expansion.
