Location of Infringing Content: Clearly indicate the exact location of the infringing material online (e.g., the full URL or specific section of the webpage) so we may contact the website owner or administrator.
Declaration of Accuracy and Good Faith: Your notice must include the following statements:
“I am the lawful rights holder of the content referenced in this notice.”
“The content posted on the third-party webpage identified herein infringes my legitimate rights.”
“I confirm that if any statement in this notice is false or misleading, I will bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom, including but not limited to compensation for damages and legal fees.”Verification Statement: Include the following assurance:
“I guarantee that the information in this notice is sufficient, truthful, and accurate. I am either the lawful rights holder of the content in question, or I am duly authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder with respect to the rights specified in Section 2.”
Please sign this document. If you are submitting on behalf of a legally registered organization, please affix your official company seal or authorized signature.
