Vertical 9:16 phone-shot morning vlog, filmed by the subject on her own phone. Authentic personal camera-roll footage, not a commercial.
CAMERA: Handheld throughout except where noted. Opens in selfie mode at arm's length. Keep natural handheld shake, drifting composition, autofocus hunting and re-locking, small rushed reframes, uneven zoom, exposure breathing as she moves between shade and sun, occasional imperfect framing that crops the top of her head. The phone itself is never visible.
LOOK: Modern phone capture with a warm, slightly soft grade. Gentle grain, mild halation around morning sunlight, realistic skin tones, low contrast, natural motion blur. Golden early light, long soft shadows.
CHARACTER: NADIA, mid-20s, dark wavy hair in a claw clip with loose strands, brown eyes, minimal makeup, oversized cream hoodie, black shorts, white sneakers. Genuinely energized and cheerful, not performing. She speaks in short natural sentences with comfortable pauses, laughs easily, brushes hair from her face. Her voice is warm, conversational, unpolished, slightly breathy from walking.
DOG: An excited, healthy golden retriever with a glossy coat, pulling happily on the leash.
SETTING: Quiet tree-lined suburban neighborhood on a sunny morning, then a small green park with benches, then her bright modest kitchen. Birdsong, distant traffic, leaves. Very few people around.
SCENES IN ORDER:
(0-5s) Selfie mode. Nadia steps out of her apartment building into the morning sun, dog already pulling ahead on the leash. She squints, grins into the lens. "Morning." Small beat, glancing down at the dog. "We are both very awake today."
(5-11s) Still selfie, walking down the sidewalk. Dappled light through trees. The dog stops to sniff a tree trunk and she reframes to catch him, autofocus hunting. She looks up at the light and smiles. "God, it's nice out. This is the good part of the day."
(11-17s) WIDE SHOT — the phone is now propped on a park bench, static frame, slightly crooked. Nadia walks into frame in the green park and throws a tennis ball; the retriever sprints joyfully after it and comes bounding back. She is laughing, pleasantly out of breath, hands on knees. "Okay, one more. One more and then coffee."
(17-22s) Back to handheld selfie, walking home along the sidewalk, sun flaring through the branches behind her. Relaxed and content. "Best hour of the day, honestly. Nobody's texting me yet."
(22-26s) Kitchen interior, phone propped against something on the counter, static and slightly off-level. Morning light through the window. Coffee brewing, steam rising, her hands moving through frame. Off-frame the dog's nails click on the floor and he huffs impatiently. She glances down toward him and smiles. "Okay — you first, then me."
(26-30s) FINAL SHOT, SILENT — no dialogue at all. The phone is set down on the kitchen
