Papers.co

Papers.co is a wallpaper site built around a simple promise: new backgrounds every hour. Instead of relying on algorithmic recommendations or a sprawling stock library, it presents a hand-picked selection of images intended to refresh your desktop or device screen frequently. The APPeal is convenience and curation rather than generative Technology — you browse, pick a wallpaper, and download it in a resolution that fits your display.

What it does

The site collects wallpaper artwork and photography and rotates the front page at hourly intervals, so returning visitors see something different without digging through archives. Each entry typically links to a full-size image, and the collection spans a range of visual styles, from abstrACT and minimalist graphics to photographic scenes and illustrated designs. Because the selection is assembled by hand, the tone tends to feel more edited than a mass-uploaded wallpaper dump.
