CLEAR-WSI: A Scalable Diagnostic-Driven Retrieval Framework for Whole-Slide Images
CLEAR-WSI is a new content-based image retrieval framework for pathology archives that uses fixed-length slide embeddings to enable scalable, diagnostic-driven search. It improves Precision@5 over baseline methods on public and clinical datasets, and supports dynamic expansion of the retrieval memory bank. The framework addresses limitations of handcrafted indexing and predefined sampling strategies.
