Amazon Marketplace uses SageMaker AI for holistic content quality evaluation
Amazon Marketplace developed a multi-model fusion system on SageMaker AI to evaluate A+ Content quality holistically. The system renders full product pages as snapshots, uses a Vision-Language Model for semantic scoring, OCR for readability signals, and a CatBoost classifier to predict expert quality labels. SHAP explainability generates actionable recommendations, and the approach improved accuracy to 0.94 and F1 to 0.95 on a holdout set.
