AIDungeon

AIDungeon is a browser-based interactive storytelling platform in which an AI model ACTs as a nARRator and game master. Instead of choosing from fixed menus, you type what your character says or does, and the system continues the scene in prose. The result feels like a hybrid of a text adventure, a collaborative writing tool, and a Chat Assistant that improvises within an ongoing narrative.

What it does

You begin by describing a setting, a character, or a scenario, or by picking from ready-made starting points. From there, the AI generates the next passage of the story and waits for your input. You can speak in character, issue commands, ask questions, or introduce new twists, and the narrative adapts. The platfORM also supports editing earlier text so you can steer the plot, fix details, or rewrite a passage that did not fit your intent.

Key capabilities

• Open-ended scenariOS: start from Fantasy, science fiction, mystery, slice-of-life, or your own premise.
• Natural-language interaction: act and speak freely rather than selecting scripted options.
• Story memory: the system tracks characters, places, and prior events so continuity holds across a session.
• Editing controls: revise generated text, retry responses, and adjust the direction of the narrative.
• Shareable creations: publish scenarios and adventures for other players to explore, depending on current platform features.
