423down

423Down is a Chinese-language software download portal that has built a reputation among local users for collecting, Testing, and repackAGIng desktop applications in one place. Rather than being an AI product itself, it functions as a distribution hub where visitors can find installers and portable builds for a wIDE range of utility programs, some of which touch on AI-assisted work such as media editing, transcription, or automation. Because the site is organized as a download directory, it is best understood as a resource for finding tools rather than a tool you use directly on the web.

What it does

The site publishes categorized listings of software, each pointing to a download page with veRSIon notes and installation details. Listings are grouped into SECtions such as software collections and prACTical utilities, making it possible to browse by function instead of searching blindly. For AI-adjacent desktop applications, this can shorten the hunt for a working installer, particularly for users who prefer offline programs over browser-based services.
